Hey there, Andrew, and welcome aboard! We're very happy you've floated on in with your question, and I'm hoping we can help!
First, thank you for your service. The
special military offer that pops up for select sailings on
Disney Cruise Line can be quite a deal. And with those particular dates coming up very quickly, I think I know exactly what is going on.
When I go in myself, even without using the military offer, and I put in four guests, I get a box that pops up to tell me there is not a stateroom available for the
number of guests in my party. Not all of the
staterooms on the Disney cruise ships can accommodate four guests, and I believe you may be running into that scenario. A
category may say they can accommodate a maximum of 3-4 guests, but that means that some
staterooms in that category can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, others can accommodate up to 4. It looks as though there are no staterooms available to accommodate 4 guests.
I know that's terribly disappointing, Andrew, but there are other sailings that are offering that "shiptacular" discount, and if your dates are flexible, maybe you can take advantage of another one of the discounted sailings. You can also make a
phone call to Disney Cruise Line to see if there's any chance of a last-minute cancellation that just hasn't been updated on the website yet.
Fingers crossed!
Anna
