Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Randal!
Oh dear! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble reassigning your ticket. In most cases,
a fully unused ticket may be reassigned to another Guest in your Family & Friends list. If any admissions have been used, the
remaining admissions may not be reassigned to another Guest. Tickets that are expired or were purchased as part of a vacation package may also not be reassigned. Since I have no way of knowing what type of tickets you have, I can't say precisely what the issue might be. I have a few suggestions for you to try.
Although the
My Disney Experience mobile app and the
My Disney Experience website are similar, they sometimes behave differently. If I am having trouble with the app, I'll try logging in on the website to see if I can take care of the issue there. You'll be able to see your tickets under "My Plans". Tickets that are eligible to be reassigned will have a button on the right side of the screen with a drop-down list of Guests in your Family & Friends list.
If that doesn't do the trick, here are some other things you might try:
- sign out of your account and sign back in
- be sure your My Disney Experience app is the latest version
- uninstall the app and reinstall it
If you are still unable to reassign an eligible ticket, give the helpful My Disney Experience team a call at (407) 939-4357. You'll be able to provide a Cast Member with your information so they can take a look at the tickets in your account and help you get everything sorted out.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. We are always happy to help.
