    Why are their no times listed on the calendar for Fantasmic ?

    Jack,

    I have found that sometimes there are some attractions/shows that get added to the calendar later than others. So keep checking, and you should see them soon.

    Also note that Fantasmic is not run very many times per week, so check several days in either direction to confirm if perhaps it is listed, and simply not playing on days that you were planning on watching it.
