I’m sorry to hear you no longer have the option to modify or cancel your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation online. This option also disappeared in my
My Disney Experience account this week, so I understand your concern. This tends to happen if you are within 30 days of your arrival, but if you are still more than 30 days out from your trip like me, it could be a technical glitch. I reached out to Guest Services and was told that, unfortunately, there is no way for them to restore the option to cancel or modify online once it disappears and you will indeed have to call to make any changes to your reservation. Cast Members are available to assist with this daily from 7:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST by calling (407) 934-7639. To hopefully avoid lengthier hold times, I suggest you call right when they open up in the morning or later in the evening. I wish I could do more to help you myself, Kurt, but I’m crossing my fingers you won’t have to hold too long on the phone when you call.
