Why is there no discounts for Veterans of foreign Wars.I usually get discounts everywhere.

    Hi Jerol!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I want to thank you for your service to our country and the sacrifice you and your family made during your time in a foreign war!

U.S. Military family discounts are currently offered to eligible service members. This is defined to be those who are active or retired members of the U.S. military, including the National Guard, Reservists, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS), and the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). If you did not retire from the military after your service, there are still other ways which Disneyland Resort honors our veterans throughout the day. I highly recommend you check out the Flag Retreat Ceremony that takes place daily on Main Street USA. As the flag is lowered all Guests take a moment to honor our veterans. Please check the daily schedule of events during your visit to make sure you don't miss out on this wonderful tradition.

Please come back and let us know if we can help in any other way!

My name is Lindsey and I'm a wife, mommy, engineer and self-proclaimed "Disnerd!" I've always loved Disney and the joy it brings to so many people. I've been to Disney more times than I can count, but I found an even greater passion for all things Disney after discovering runDisney events. There is no better motivation to train for a race than a trip to the most magical place on earth! Learn More About Lindsey
