Why do I need to play before 4pm on the mini golf if using my waterpark and more ticket option when the website states they are open until 11pm? 72 days from our WDW vacation!!! Thanks for you Help!

    Hi Leslie,

The Moms Panelists are regular guests just like you, so we're not privy to many of the behind the scenes "why" discussions at Disney. However, when in doubt about Disney practices, a good answer is usually "money."

My personal guess is that most guests who want to use the mini-golf courses do so after 4:00 pm when the weather is cooler and they want to get away from the theme parks for a bit. Many of those guests will be paying for their tee-times out of pocket, and that is likely more profitable for Disney than allowing Water Park Fun & More guests to play at that time. With the WPF&M time restriction, Disney is probably also trying to direct mini-golf play to a less used time of day, to decrease crowding in the evening.

Of course, you're still welcome to play mini-golf in the later afternoon and evening, you'll just have to pay separately rather than with your WPF&M ticket.

Please let us know if you have additional questions. We're happy to help.
