Why isn’t my memory maker show on my purchase.

Hi, Heather! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Memory Maker has to be the most magical vacation enhancement because it helps you relive all of the pixie-dusted moments for years! I do some scrapbooking and often use our Disney PhotoPass pictures in the books I make. My daughters love to look back on all of those pictures and talk about some of the things we experienced. It also helps us remember the different things we wanted to do on our next trip!

Heather, I usually cannot easily find my Memory Maker purchase when I load My Plans in the My Disney Experience mobile app. The system just automagically knows when you have it linked to your account. The best way to see if it is indeed there, ready for you to start making photographic memories is to go to the planning page on the full desktop version of My Disney Experience. Scroll down until you find the section for My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. Within that section, you can toggle between two tabs - Daily Itinerary and Tickets & Memory Maker. Click the Tickets & Memory Maker link and you should find your purchase at the bottom.

If you do not see it, please check to make sure you are signed into the My Disney Experience account you were using when you purchased Memory Maker. If you are, then please give a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member a call and they can help you get linked correctly. I hope this information helps you get your Memory Maker sorted! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
