Hi there, Annie! Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’re planning a magical holiday visit... it truly is The Most Wonderful Time of the Year at Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm so excited to hear that you’ll be attending
Disney Jollywood Nights! I went last year, and it was such a festive evening. The event has a glamorous, retro Hollywood vibe with a some sparkle and holiday cheer. Many guests dress up with vintage-inspired looks, and my girlfriends and I had the best time embracing the theme... but I highly recommend comfortable shoes! Your party ticket allows entry to
Disney’s Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30 PM, even though the event officially runs from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Once you scan in, you’ll receive a special wristband for event admission.
Since your ticket is not showing up in your My Disney Experience account, here are a few things to check:
• Look in “My Tickets & Passes,” not “Future Plans.” Special event tickets won’t show up under “Future Plans” since that section is reserved for resort stays, dining, and Lightning Lane plans.
• Try linking the ticket manually. Tap the “+” sign in the app and select “Link Tickets & Passes.” Then, enter your confirmation or ticket ID number that will be in the confirmation email you received..
• Log out and back in to refresh your account, or check the desktop site, which is where tickets sometimes appear even if they don’t show in the
My Disney Experience app.
• Double-check your account, and make sure you’re logged into the same My Disney Experience account used to purchase the ticket.
• If your ticket was booked through a travel agent, they may need to link it to your account.
If none of these steps work, I recommend calling the
App and MagicBand Support line (formerly the Internet Help Desk). The Cast Members will be able to take a closer look and help you out.
Once you’re all set, here are a few can’t-miss highlights at Disney Jollywood Nights:
-The Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club is one of my favorite things, and you can enjoy live music and cocktails in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel.
-There are a few new character greetings for 2025: keep an eye out for Miguel, Chewbacca, Bing Bong, and Partysaurus Rex!
-The Christmas Gertie Cookie is a must-try treat and a perfect photo-op moment.
-Since you'll be dressed for the occasion, make sure to get plenty of PhotoPass Magic Shots. The party map you'll receive upon entry should show the locations.
One more thing...
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass aren’t available during Disney Jollywood Nights, but since it’s a limited-capacity event, wait times are usually much shorter. You can, however, use a Lightning Lane before the party officially begins (between 5:30 and 7:30 PM).
I HO-HO-HOpe this helps, Annie! Wishing you a night filled with lots of festive moments.
See ya real soon,
Eean
