Why is my hotel reservation under my husband when I made and paid for it? I can't add his magic band with everyone else in my party because it says the reservation is under him.

    Welcome to planDisney, Chelsey!

You must be SO ready to start your magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort! You’re going to love staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Each Resort hotel has a magic of its own, and I do hope you stop by the front desk to inquire about fun activities offered such as Movies Under the Stars!

Chelsey, I called and spoke with a friendly Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for you who told me that if the reservation does have you as the main primary Guest, there may be a chance that when it was linked on My Disney Experience, it was linked incorrectly. Because of this, a Cast Member may have to unlink the reservation and then relink it to the correct Guests. I recommend calling and speaking with a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357, and they will be happy to help take care of the issue for you.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Chelsey. Have an enchanting visit!
