Hi, Jessica! Thanks so much for stopping by with your Disney PhotoPass question! I would first like for you to make sure everyone has allowed sharing of their Disney PhotoPass photos. Simply pull up your
Family and Friends List, click Update next to each person and make sure the box is checked to allow for sharing of Disney PhotoPass photos.
Next, is everyone in the group linked to each other? When sharing Memory Maker with multiple friends and family members, you need to connect all My Disney Experience accounts if everyone would like to see every magical Disney PhotoPass picture. To easily lay it out for you, think of it as you are Guest A and you have Guests B and C scanning their MagicBands to link Disney PhotoPass pictures. If Guest A links to the other two, but guests B and C do not link to each other then Guest A will see all pictures, Guest B will only see their pictures and Guest A's pictures, and Guest C will only see their pictures and Guest A's. When all three guests add each other to their respective Family and Friends Lists, then everyone will be able to see all Disney PhotoPass pictures. It's like the Circle of Disney PhotoPass Life!
One other issue that may come up is if a member of Guest B's family, such as a child, scans their MagicBand to link the picture, then only Guest B will be able to see the picture in their account since no one else is linked to that child. The best thing for you to do in this instance is to
contact the Disney PhotoPass department. You will need to provide some information such as the date, time of day, general location, and what each person was wearing. I did this once and the Cast Members were easily able to locate my picture and have it linked to my account.
I hope this helps you sort your photos! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
