    Why are the deluxe resorts so expensive at the end of November, after Thanksgiving? We were excited to stay there but it's more expensive than when we go in prime season (July/August). I'm confused....

    Hi Noreen! We've been going in November for the past several years now. It's my favourite time of year as the weather is great, the crowds aren't as busy as Christmas and the amazing holiday decorations are up. Rates change regularly at Disney World but are usually highest at the busiest times, which are typically around holidays. Thanksgiving is a very busy time as can be the periods before and after as well. I recommend checking every resort, as rates can vary greatly depending on availability.

    You may wish to also consider the Coronado Springs Resort. This convention resort is a moderate one with deluxe features, including a workout room.
