Hi Rylee! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question.
Traveling to
Walt Disney World with your little ones, especially infants, can come with some challenges at times. While planning will help you prepare for what to expect at the parks, there will be plenty of unpredictable moments that you will encounter throughout each day. Luckily, no better place welcomes Guests of all ages than the Walt Disney World Resort!
While Cast Members do a fantastic job of meeting all Guests' expectations, there are times when special exceptions can occur. There are many locations across the theme parks that do not allow you to bring
strollers inside a building. The Land Pavilion at
EPCOT is one of these places that offers stroller parking not far from the entrance. While this may seem inconvenient, there are reasons behind why Disney makes these decisions.
On your recent visit, it seems as though there were some mixed messages from Cast Members outside of the pavilion. The rule of thumb is that strollers are to be parked in the designated area outside of the entrance, and Guests will enter after parking them. As with anything, there are exceptions made at times for specific situations. I'm not sure what occurred in your case to have different experiences on two different days, but I would refer to the set expectations on future trips.
Rylee, there are fantastic
Baby Care Centers located at each of the parks that I highly recommend utilizing during your next stay. They are equipped with comfortable feeding areas, bathrooms, and quiet areas for you and your little one. If you have any trouble locating them on your park day, just ask a Cast Member to point you in the right direction.
Thanks again for stopping by planDisney! We hope to see you again soon!
