Where should I park an ECV around Epcot's World Showcase? On a recent visit, I only found signs in Norway designating a parking area. I don't want to block traffic in other pavilions by leaving it in the wrong place. Thanks!

Scott thanks for stopping by planDisney with your very thoughtful question. Guests like you are always nice to hear from. Making sure you don't affect other guests experience is the kind of fellow park-goer I also aspire to be.

EPCOT is always hosting one of the festivals and this always makes it so fun to visit. Your next visit looks like it will be during the last week of the International Festival of the Arts. This is my absolute favorite festival by far, it features a bunch of amazing artists and the Disney-themed art they create. They are mostly located in World Showcase and have amazing art displayed and most of it for sale. There is amazing art being created daily as well, I always love to look for artists in the throughway to World Showcase from World Celebration. They are usually working early in the morning creating chalk art along the edges of the walkway. The real star of the show is my favorite plate at this festival, it has returned year after year and I love to share it. The Pastoral Plate is one of the many Food Studios spread throughout the park. The plate that keeps me coming back is the red wine-braised beef short rib. It comes with parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes, and balsamic glaze. I usually get this a couple times during my visit and would recommend it at least once, twice if you love it as much as I do.

Moving about the park in your ECV rental or personal ECV, the park is designed to be fairy easy. But finding locations to park it can be challenging at times. In some locations like Norway Pavilion have signs for parking. In other areas you may need to ask a Cast Member if there are specific areas. In my experience if there are no clearly marked signs where to park you can always locate a stroller parking area.  There is usually a Cast Member assigned to those areas and they will advise you where to safely park while you enjoy the nearby attraction. If there are is no stroller parking or marked off areas, you should use your best judgment.

I hope this information helps you find more convenient areas for your EVC, or at least help you be more confident in where you can leave your vehicle. Visit us again at planDisney.com and we will be happy to help.

    Have a magical day,

    Jeremy A.
