Hi Nicole! Welcome to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your
theme park and
Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. I have a few troubleshooting tips that may help you.
First, log into your
MyDisney account on the Disneyland website. Then visit the
“My Plans” section under “My Disneyland.” You should see your upcoming theme park reservations listed there. Selecting “Manage Reservation” will take you to a screen where you will see your confirmation number and ticket number. As long as this is there, you will be locked in to visit the theme parks.
Next, let's make sure your tickets are linked in the
Disneyland app so they'll be ready to scan when you arrive. I would recommend ensuring your mobile phone is running the latest operating system and that the official Disneyland mobile app is updated to the most recent version. With that in place, open the Disneyland app and tap the menu icon (☰) in the bottom-right corner. Then select "My Tickets & Passes." Any tickets linked to your account should appear there, along with their barcode, eTicket number, and expiration date.
If your tickets still aren't showing, try linking them again. From the "My Tickets & Passes" screen, tap the blue "+" icon in the upper-right corner. From there, you can either manually enter your eTicket number or use your device's camera to scan the barcode or QR code from your confirmation email.
If these tips do not work for you, I'd recommend calling the
Tickets line to speak with a friendly Cast Member. Be sure to have your original ticket purchase information on hand, including the purchase date, eTicket number or confirmation email, and the payment method you used!
Nicole, I hope these steps are able to help you locate your tickets so you can be ready for a fun-filled theme park day and gloriously spooky Oogie Boogie night. If you have any additional questions or would like any other planning tips, please don’t hesitate to visit us here again at planDisney!
May you have a magical visit!
