    Why can't I make a theme park reservation on Oct 23rd? I have tickets

    Heigh-Ho Susan,

    I am sorry to hEAR you are having some difficulty navigating how to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for October 23rd. As you know, Guests must purchase a valid Walt Disney World ticket or Annual Pass and have made a Disney Park Pass Reservation for the day(s) they are interested in in order to enter any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. At the time I am writing this, the Theme Park Reservation Availablity calendar shows opening at all four parks for both ticketed Guests, Resort Guests and Annual Passholders. I am not privy to your account information and can only deduce you may not have linked your Walt Disney World tickets to your My Disney Experience profile and assigned them to your Guests. If that is the case I am providing a link for you to do so. However, if you have already done this and you are still unable to make Disney Park Pass reservations it is time to speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 934-7639. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. and it is best to call as early in the day as possible. 

    Much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust everything works out and you are able to make some magical and memorable moments on October 23rd.
