    Why cant I make a theme park reservation for Disney hollywood studios ?

    Welcome to planDisney I am happy to assist with your curiouser and curiouser conundrum. Guests wishing to enter any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks now need a Disney Park Pass reservation. And in order to have a Disney Park Pass reservation Guests need to purchase a valid Walt Disney World Ticket. And before purchasing a Walt Disney World ticket Guests should check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the dates they are interested in visiting to see what parks have openings. 

    Jesus, first create a My Disney Experience profile. Here you can link Walt Disney World Resort reservations, link and modify Walt Disney World tickets, create Family & Friend lists, see your itinerary, make and cancel Disney Park Pass reservations as well as much, much more. This is your vacation hub. Then, if you have checked the Theme Park Reservation Availablity calendar and Disney’s Hollywood Studios has openings, your next step is to follow this link and purchase your Walt Disney World ticket. When purchasing it will prompt you and lead you through a series of steps to make your Disney Parks Pass reservation at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Your reservation to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is only guaranteed once you have finished purchasing tickets AND making your Disney Park Pass reservation. 

    If however, you have tried the above steps and are continuing to have problems further assistance will be required from a Cast Member. I recommend calling (407) 566-4985, when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST, so someone can figure out what evil spell has been cast your way. Another option is, via your My Disney Experience mobile app, utilizing the Chat With Us feature. This can be found by opening your app and selecting the menu option in the lower right-hand corner and scrolling down to Chat With Us. Guests can begin an online chat with a Cast Member who can assist in your Disney Park Pass reservation dilemma.
