Welcome to planDisney, Ana, and thank you for stopping by with your question!
I'll be glad to help you with your ticket inquiry. First, be sure your theme park tickets have been linked to your Disney account. Some reservations and tickets may not autoMAGICALLY appear in
My Disney Experience. You can visit the
Link Reservations and Tickets page on disneyworld.com to verify.
After your tickets and travel details are linked, you can view and update them on your
My Plans section of My Disney Experience. When you sign in to My Disney Experience or open the
My Disney Experience app, the My Plans page will have any hotel, dining, park tickets, and theme park reservations.
If you go through these steps and are still having trouble locating your theme park tickets, a Walt Disney World Cast Member can further assist you. To speak with a Cast Member, call (407) 566-4985 or email
ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com.
Once you get your tickets, remember to make a
theme park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Walt Disney World Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation to enter any of the theme parks. Before your visit, be sure to also read about the enhanced
health and safety measures now in place at Walt Disney World Resort.
Please let us know if we can assist you with any other questions before your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Have a magical day!
Bob
