Why can't we make hotel reservations for 2024?

    Hi there, Ursula!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question. I'm excited for you to start planning a fabulous trip to the Disneyland Resort early next year! We at planDisney stand by to help you however we can.

As you've already noticed, reservation packages have not yet been released by Disney, but I don't think you'll have long to wait. For the Disneyland Resort, guests are usually able to begin making reservations for the next calendar year around the latter half of August. I would recommend following the Disney Parks Blog for any new announcements on this. I assure you that you'll have plenty of time to make your reservations and plan your trip!

When you make your hotel reservations, remember to confirm that you also have Park reservations, which are released 120 days in advance. My favorite of the official Disneyland Resort Hotels is the Disneyland Hotel itself! I love how it honors the rich history of Disneyland Park throughout its design and interior decorations.

Ursula, I hope that this was helpful for you. If you need any more planning advice or tips, remember to visit us again! You're always welcome here at planDisney!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
