I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your
My Disney Experience account, and I'm so glad that you reached out to us for help. If your
Disney Resort hotel reservations,
dining reservations,
tickets,
annual passes,
MagicBands, or
Memory Maker purchases didn't automagically link to your account, I'm happy to let you know that you'll be able to
link them to your My Disney Experience account yourself. You'll need various information for each type of reservation, possibly including reservation numbers, ticket ID numbers, etc., but the system will walk you through what's needed and how to find that information, so hopefully it will be easy peasy for you. If at any point something still isn't working or you need assistance, please feel free to call a Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience accounts at (407) 939-4357, and he or she would be happy to help you.
