Are you having trouble making a
theme park reservation, Gabriella? When you purchase
theme park tickets online or with the
Disneyland mobile app, the checkout process currently includes booking a theme park reservation for your desired date, and it sounds like this may be the case for you if you have a ticket but are unable to book a new reservation. My first trouble-shooting recommendation is to check your current reservation status. After purchasing your ticket, you should have received an email containing your ticket confirmation number and the reservation details, including the park reservation date and the theme park you plan to visit (or the starting park if it is a
Park Hopper ticket). The subject line of my most recent ticket transaction email was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with the ticket confirmation number, so try searching your email for that phrase.
You can also verify your theme park reservation by logging into your account on
disneyland.com or the Disneyland mobile app and selecting “Ticket and Reservation Details.” Choose the “Make or Modify Park Reservations” link to view "My Theme Park Reservations." If you see your intended date, you’re good to go! If not, you should be able to make your reservation by following the steps on the screen if you have a valid linked ticket.
