Welcome to planDisney, Lenka!
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. As a regular Guest myself, I have no way of seeing the information in your account, so it is a little tricky for me to diagnose what the issue may be. I'll do my best to provide you with some general information and try to help you troubleshoot.
At this time, to enter a theme park, all Guests ages 3 and up must have a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation in addition to valid admission. In order to make a Disney Park Pass reservation, the Guest must first have linked their admission ticket to their My Disney Experience account. Let's see if I can help you get those tickets linked. Sometimes when I am experiencing a technical issue with My Disney Experience, I'll try switching from the
mobile app to the
My Disney Experience website or vice versa. I also recommend signing out of your account and closing the app or browser window and then relaunching it.
If you were signed in to your account when purchasing tickets online, they may have been "automagically" linked. You can check to see if your tickets are already linked by using the menu button to select "Tickets and Passes" in the app, or by going to "My Plans" and selecting "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" on the website. If you don't see your tickets listed, you can link them using the ticket ID number found in your ticket order confirmation email. On the "My Plans" page on the My Disney Experience website, hover over the blue "Park Tickets" icon in the middle of the page and click "Link Tickets". If using the app instead, select "Tickets and Passes", select the blue plus button at the top, and then "Link Tickets & Passes". Once you have
linked your tickets, you'll be able to go ahead and
make your Disney Park Pass reservations.
"Will Call" is the term used when picking up tickets at a ticket window or box office. You can stop by a theme park ticket window or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up plastic ticket cards. Be sure to bring a photo ID, your ticket confirmation email, and the payment method used to purchase your tickets. Another option is to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass in the My Disney Experience mobile app and save it to the digital wallet on your phone. This would allow you to skip the ticket window and head straight to the theme park gates. To create a Disney MagicMobile pass, select "Add to Device" under your linked ticket in the app, or use the menu button to select "Disney MagicMobile". I hope this helps! I have included
contact information for the Help Center should you need additional assistance.
Lenka, I am wishing you a wonderful vacation! Please let us know if you have further questions. Enjoy your visit!
