Why aren't our reservation at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and the Pirate Training showing up in My Experience? We made the reservations the same time we made dining and other reservations, so I am worried why those are showing up! Thanks!

    Hello Heather,
You must have some excited kiddos in your house looking forward to some fantastic experiences while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to see anything other than resort and dining reservations in My Disney Experience. However, my fellow Disney Mom Brandy B. has some excellent advice from her recent visit where she misplaced her confirmation number for her Keys to the Kingdom Tour-there is a Notes feature in My Disney Experience. You can add reminders of your daily itinerary in this space.

To get to this area, go to the My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, then choose Add Plans at the top left, then Add A Note. You can label your event, add the time and location of the event, and add your confirmation number to the Details box.

I hope this helps! Have a fantastic trip!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
