About Me

I’m a near-native Floridian, having lived on Florida’s Space Coast for over 30 years, with a lifelong love for Disney Parks in the Sunshine State. I’m a scientist that enjoys music, singing, baking and finding new things to try at the Disney Parks. I attended “Night of Joy” as a teenager, sang in the Candlelight Processional while in high school and have been enjoying the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival annually for more than 20 years.

About My Family

A former single mom, I’m now the mom in a blended military family with four children that range in age from elementary school through college. I’ve navigated the parks with kids of all ages, from newborns to teens, both by myself and with multiple adults. As for my family, we love to eat all different kinds of cuisine from around the world and enjoy every thrill attraction Disney has to offer!

About My Disney Experience

The amazing thing about Disney is that its thread has been woven into the tapestry of my life. My parents first brought me to the Magic Kingdom when I was 6-months-old, sparking my lifelong love for Disney. My first musical concerts were at Walt Disney World in 1985 in a special event called “A Blast from the Past” and I later enjoyed more music at the Magic Kingdom. Many trips during college and beyond with friends and girlfriends have ensued since then, and my love for the Disney Parks just keeps growing. No matter how old or young you are, there’s always something to enjoy at Disney. Now that I’m grown with my own children, we’re starting our own traditions like trick-or-treating at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party each year and visiting the parks during the holidays. As a Disney Annual Passholder living in Central Florida, I have experienced many celebrations at the Disney Parks and would be happy to help you plan your own Disney vacation memories!
