Hey there, Lauren! I'm so glad you flew your magic carpet our way and found us here at planDisney!
It sounds like you're in the middle of planning for your magical vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort and I couldn't be more excited for you! The only thing even better than visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth is visiting with people you love and I'm so happy to hear that you'll be joined by your family. Here's a little secret: magic multiplies when it's shared and your trip is sure to be an extra special one!
Gawrsh, I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty viewing your full travel party included with your theme park reservations! If you made your theme park reservations for your entire travel party through the
Disney Park Pass system, or if the other Guests in your travel party have made their own theme park reservations, you should be able to view them in your
My Disney Experience account. I'd love to help you take a few steps and see if we can turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage.
- First, make sure that your travel party is connected with you through your Family & Friends List. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. Double-check that you can see your travel party listed here. If not, Hakuna Matata! No worries! You can easily add them by clicking "Add a Guest." I've had the best luck when choosing the option that says, "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation."
- You'll also want to make sure that the theme park reservations were made for your family members. You can try to have them log into their own accounts online, hover their mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Ask them to scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and check if they can see all of their theme park reservations for each day of their trip. If not, they'll want to scroll back up, hover their mouse over the icon that says "Park Reservations," and click "Make a Park Reservation."
- If your entire travel party is already linked through your Family & Friends List and everyone's theme park reservations are made, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. They will be happy to check everyone's theme park reservations on their end and will be able to stretch their magic wands a bit farther for you! If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their kind of magic can often be in high demand. To make this as easy and efficient as possible, try to have both reservation confirmation numbers handy!
Lauren, I hope I was able to help you connect with the other Guests in your travel party and view all your theme park reservations! If you have any other questions, I hope you visit us again. Remember - you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
Michelle
