    To whomever it may concern: I am a first-time annual pass holder this year (2021)! I am so excited, and can’t wait to continue planning Disney trips. I became an APH in September, and have never received the pass holder magnet/sticker. Please send it! Thx

    Hi, Hayley! Welcome to planDisney - and welcome to the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family! 

    I love how excited you are to have an amazing year with your brand new Annual Pass! Living in Florida gives us a unique opportunity to spend lots of days surrounded by Disney magic.

    Hayley, here at planDisney, we're Guests just like you who have years and years of experience planning Disney vacations for our own families, and we truly enjoy sharing our love of Disney with others. That means we can't send you the coveted Annual Passholder magnet, but we do know who can!

    Here's my advice: Head on over to the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder page and scroll down to the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support section near the bottom. You'll see some contact numbers there that you can use any time you have a question about your Annual Pass or your benefits. Right now, I recommend emailing your request for the magnets since Cast Members have been very busy on the phones lately. It'll be a whole lot better than waiting on hold!

    One more thing, Hayley! If you have the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone, look for a section called "The Passholder Buzz." You'll get a bunch of extra content to peruse, as well as the latest Passholder perks you can take advantage of. It's chock-full of great information just for us Passholders!

    I hope this helps that adorable new magnet show up in your mailbox very soon, Hayley. In the meantime, I wish you a joyous holiday season and a whole year of magical Disney days!
