Hey there, Madeline!
Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you've stopped by with an excellent
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It sounds like you're counting down the days before your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and your countdown will soon be over. Let's chat about how to make a final payment on your
vacation package and get you on your way to an exciting Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Madeline, for vacation packages that include a stay at a Disney Resort hotel and theme park tickets, the balance is due 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. It looks like you're very close to that date, so let's walk through how to make that final payment, which can be made by calling the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line, or online by following these steps:
- Log into your Disney account on the Walt Disney World Resort website and tap the "My Disney Experience" tab.
- Scroll down and locate the Resort hotel reservation associated with your vacation package. Under the confirmation number, select "Show Details."
- Select "Make a Payment." If you don't see this option listed, you'll need to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line for assistance.
If you're past the 30-day mark and still haven't paid the remaining balance, your vacation package may be canceled by the Walt Disney World Resort. In these cases, Guests may be responsible for the $200 cancellation fee per the vacation package cancellation policy outlined in your confirmation email.
Madeline, if you have any additional planning questions ahead of your visit, you may always revisit us here at
planDisney. I hope this information helps you to make your final payment and sets you up for an incredible stay at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Be sure to eat breakfast at
Landscape of Flavors during your stay, as it's the only place you can find waffles shaped like your favorite Pixar pals, instead of the main mouse! I'm wishing you a trip filled with wonder and enchantment.
See ya real soon,
Lauren
