We have a wheelchair-lift van that is 23' long. We plan to stay at the Grand Californian. Will we be able to self-park the vehicle in the hotel lot? The vehicle does have an accessible parking placard.

    Welcome to planDisney, Jeannie!

I am so excited to discuss your upcoming stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The gorgeous architecture and proximity to Disney California Adventure park make it one of my favorite Resort destinations. Let's take a look at parking during your stay.

I spoke with a Cast Member at Disney's Grand Californian, and they confirmed that there are self-parking spots for larger wheelchair-lift vans. These are subject to space availability. Upon arrival, I recommend notifying a Cast Member, and they can direct you to the designated spots. Be aware there is a $35 fee for self-parking (prices are subject to change). While you are visiting, consider checking out the delicious dining at Napa Rose and the new dazzling nighttime spectacular, World of Color- ONE

    Enjoy making magical memories!
