Hiya, Ann, and welcome to planDisney! You'll arrive at
Walt Disney World Resort before Mickey can say, "Nothing can stop us now!" It sounds like you've made plans to rent a mobility device during your stay, so let's look at some options for the end of your vacation.
I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who said the resorts typically do not provide wheelchairs for guests. She suggested you check with
Bell Services when you arrive at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort to explain your request. If there happens to be a wheelchair available, they will try to work with you, but there's no guarantee.
I think your best option might be to contact the rental company to see if you can keep your mobility device for another day. I've heard from other guests that most companies will be as accommodating as possible to ensure you have what you need. If you've rented a scooter but it's unavailable that last day, maybe they can switch it out for a wheelchair. You can also contact the Disney Featured Provider,
Scooterbug, to see their availability for your dates.
If you're heading to a theme park or Disney Springs on your last day, you can
rent a wheelchair or scooter while at those locations. These are available on a first-come basis, so please look for them near the entrances.
Ann, I hope you and your party can enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival while you're there. The Outdoor Kitchens have some delectable dishes to sample, and the new nighttime spectacular,
Luminous The Symphony of Us, will warm your heart.
Thanks for reaching out, Ann, and I hope you make some magical memories on your vacation. Please come back to
planDisney anytime! We'd love to help.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
