Hi Donald and welcome to
planDisney! I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had to cancel your visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t worry. You will still be able to use those theme park tickets on a later date. I’m happy to tell you how to do it!
The first thing to do is to send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
A Cast Member will respond to your message in a few days and many times, their response will include a new confirmation number for your tickets. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and you will be ready to plan your next
magical vacation!
