    What do I do if our Magic Bands do not arrive before our trip

    Heigh-Ho Sandra,

    Wow!!! Single-digit countdown, how exciting and we can’t wait to welcome you Home, to Walt Disney World. 

    I’m sorry to hEAR your MagicBands, have yet to be delivered. Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort should order, their discount MagicBands, no later than 11-days prior to their arrival. If, they have not arrived make your way to the Front Desk, at your Walt Disney World Resort. A Cast Member can research their whereabouts and provide you with either replacement MagicBands or Key To The World cards. If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort and ordered your MagicBands online, through shopDisney, Guests should order their bands 1-2 weeks prior to their arrival. I would err on the side of 2 weeks. If they have not arrived contact shopDisney, for an update. But do not fret, Guests should make their way to Guest Relations outside the first Walt Disney World Theme Park they will be entering for their trip. Here a Cast Member can assign  Key To The World cards to be used for your entire stay.
