    What do I do if I didn't receive tracking for the magic bands I've bought? I leave in 5 days!!

    If you’re anything like me, you need to be sure everything is in perfect order before you leave for your magical vacation! And that makes complete sense because you want to feel relaxed and ready to experience all the magic when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort! Not to worry, Monica. Things have a way of working out, and you're sure to have the most enchanting vacation! 

    I’m sorry you haven’t heard about your MagicBands. I’m wondering if your order was somehow delayed since you haven’t received your shipping information. Your best bet would be to reach out to a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk to review the status of your order and see if they can escalate the issue if need be. The Internet Help Desk team can be reached at 407-WDW-HELP (939-4357). They are available 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week, and will be happy to assist you.
