We've been many times but are making our first Dec. visit 21st-27th. We usually go for the Extra Hours early and then leave the park around noon. Should we stay at the park since it can reach capacity? Will we be allowed back into a park in the pm?

Hi, Jacqueline!  Christmas is the busiest time of year at the Walt Disney World theme parks, and the parks can fill to capacity.  If that happens, it does not matter that you were there earlier in the day.  Once a park is full, they cannot admit any additional guests into the park.

Especially on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I recommend that you arrive early in the day - preferably when the park opens - and stay as long as you can.  There is a possibility that if you leave at noon, you will not be able to re-enter the park due to the crowds.

It may be of some help to skip the early morning extra magic hours.  The parks hosting the extra magic hours tend to be the busiest, so you might want to adjust your normal routine and go to a theme park without the extra magic hours.  That lets you sleep in a little bit later and stay longer at the park of your choosing.  It may also help you to avoid some of the crowds associated with the extra magic hours.

I hope this makes your planning a bit easier!  Have a wonderful vacation!
