    We've just made resort package reservations and wanted to customize our magic bands. When is the option to customize our bands available? I have been unable to find that option in My Disney Experience. Thanks!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about customizing your MagicBands. 

    The anticipation and fun of planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation are almost as much fun as the vacation itself, so I understand that you can't wait to be able to customize your MagicBands. You should be able to customize them as soon as your resort reservation is linked to My Disney Experience, by going to My Disney Experience and then to MagicBands and Cards. If for some reason your reservation is not showing up there, or if you are unable to customize them, please contact Web Support at (407) 939-4357 to assist you.
