We've heard that the buses in Saratoga Springs take quite a while to get to the parks. What is the average time to get to each park in the morning?

Welcome to planDisney, Sean! I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your vacation question, and it would be my pleasure to help provide you with an answer. As a Disney Vacation Club Member, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is my Home Resort, so it has a special place in my heart. My family loves staying in the spacious accommodations, with the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the 1-, 2-, and 3-Bedroom Villas. The resort is just a short walk away from all of the incredible dining, entertainment, and shopping of Disney Springs

You can expect bus transportation to the theme parks to begin around 45 minutes before the park opens, so be sure to check out the Park Hours for each theme park on the days you plan to visit. Buses will typically run around every 20 minutes, and from Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, it will take you around 20 minutes, on average, to make your way to the theme parks. The longest travel time will be to Disney’s Animal Kingdom due to it being the furthest away, taking about 20-25 minutes.

I hope this information helps you plan for a magical visit to Walt Disney World and a wonderful vacation. Please stop back by planDisney if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
