Ahoy, Charlene!
I'm SO excited you are booked on your first magical voyage aboard Disney Cruise Line next May! I enjoy the planning almost as much as the cruise itself so you have a lot to look forward to in the coming year, and you'll be amazed at how quickly time will fly by!
Each day of your vacation, you'll have a cruise newsletter that will be chock-full of activities for you to enjoy onboard. It will be delivered at night so you'll have ample time to plan for the following day. If you want to relax, I suggest visiting the Senses Spa (additional fee required), lounging by the pool or strolling around the promenade deck. The cruise staff is always providing lots of high-energy fun during their games shows, trivia and BINGO sessions! If you are a creative person, you may want to experience an animation class, towel folding or craft something! And you can't forget about all the opportunities to meet your favorite Disney Pals or catch a first-run movie in the Buena Vista Theatre! Adults in your group may also want to take in a seminar at the fitness center, a beverage tasting (nominal fee), watch one of the culinary chefs create (and taste!) a decadent dish during Disney's Art of Entertaining series or learn about the imagineering, artistry and design of your ship on the Art of The Theme Show Tour. The options are endless!
If there are Mouseketeers in your group, the youth programming will be available from early morning until late at night! When the ship is docked in port, you'll be able to venture ashore and take part in one of many Disney-sponsored Port Adventures. Charlene, there really is
something for Guests of every age, and you can stay as busy as you like when you cruise with Disney!
I hope I've given you a good idea of what to expect next May! Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions.
