Hi, we've booked seven tickets and park reservations. One person is no longer able to attend due to medical reasons. Is it possible to take their ticket off the reservation and use it for a future visit? The dates we booked are now sold out. Thank you.

Hi Brianna and welcome to planDisney! This time next week, you will be enjoying a magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort! I’m so glad you’ve stopped in to see us, because I’m happy to help you!

It sounds like a great idea to hold that extra theme park ticket for a later date. As long as it isn’t used, you will absolutely be able to use it for a future visit.

When it comes to your upcoming visit, make sure to take a look at the Disney Parks Blog to learn about all the happenings at the Disneyland Resort before you arrive. There are so many changes going on and I want you to feel up to date with all the health and safety measures at the resort, so also visit the experience updates webpage for Disneyland Resort, so you will be in the know!

Brianna, thanks again for stopping in to visit us. For planning tips from the planDisney family, be sure to follow us on Instagram and Twitter. We love sharing our advice with you!

    Have a wonderful visit!
