    Hi, we've booked POFQ for 7 nights with magic your way package and dining. We are trying to stay the last 3 nights at Contemporary. Called Disney, they say that we will not be able to carry the dining plan over to the Contemporary. Please advise thanks!

    Port Orleans French Quarter is one of the Walt Disney World Resorts I would like to stay. My main motivation is my love of beignets served at this resort!

    When you purchase the Disney Dining Plan, you need to purchase it for your entire length of stay for everyone staying on the reservation. Your dining credits expire at midnight on the last day of your reservation.

    If you were trying to book seven days at Port Orleans French Quarter and another three days at the Contemporary, you would need to purchase 10 days of dining. This can be seven days at Port Orleans and three at Contemporary or one 10 day with a split between both resorts.

    What you cannot do is purchase seven and then use any leftover credits for the last three days. If you are staying seven days in total and paid for seven days of dining you should be able to move those credits over to the Contemporary.

    I recommend you call Disney at 407-934-7639 and ask for clarification.

    On a different note, when you do go to switch resorts, call bell services and ask them to transfer your bags to your new resort.
