We’ve booked acco for 14/05/2023-16/05/2023 through our travel agent in Melb & we are trying to book the Magic Kingdom tickets and Hollywood theme park tickets for 2 days. Our travel agent said we need to book them online? We can’t seem too…

    Hello there Gina!

How exciting to hear that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort all the way from Australia in a few short weeks. My family visited Disney's Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom Park together just two weeks ago. We had the very best time, so I think you've made an excellent plan for your upcoming trip.

Unfortunately, you aren't able to purchase tickets online for yourselves at this time. Your travel agent should be able to assist, so I’d follow up with them as soon as possible to be sure there wasn't some type of miscommunication on their end. You'd need to wait until you've arrived in the US to make a ticket purchase online, or in person at Guest Relations. Since your visit is fast approaching and you will need to make sure you have the necessary theme park reservations in place to visit your preferred parks you may want to call for assistance. I just spoke with a helpful Cast Member who advised calling this international number for further assistance 44 (0) 800-169-0730. They should also be able to advise on any length of visit requirements or restrictions, which vary by country.

I know this is likely not the information you hoped to hear, but I'm still confident you'll love every magical moment during your visit. Once you have your tickets sorted, you'll want to start making a game plan for your park itineraries.  My family never misses Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and we always enjoy a delightfully spooky ride on Haunted Mansion every time we visit Magic Kingdom Park. You'll also want to experience the thrill of TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise and my personal favorite nighttime spectacular Happily Ever After.

Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios take some time to explore Toy Story Land and maybe even join the resistance on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, a truly one-of-a-kind attraction. You can end your day with Fantasmic! which is sure to dazzle and inspire.

I'm wishing you a most magical visit, Gina! Stop back and see us again here at planDisney with more planning questions.

    Adventure is out there!
