Ahoy, Tara!
I'm sure the end of October can't come fast enough for your family! I enjoy the planning of a Disney Cruise almost as much as the cruise itself, so I hope you're enjoying the process as well! My first piece of advice for your crew is to pick a day the ship is in port to enjoy the experiences aboard because everything is still operational when the
Disney Fantasy is docked. Since you'll be cruising the Western Caribbean, I suggest having a look at the
Cozumel Beach Break because it's a great option for Guests of all ages. There is a pool to swim in along with the beach and a kiddie area. I'm sure your little sailor will have a splashtacular time! In Grand Cayman, the
Boatswain's Beach Adventure Marine Park is a perfect choice if your son or daughter loves animals. You'll be able to see a variety of exotic animals along with the turtles at the Turtle Farm! When you need to cool off, there is a refreshing swimming lagoon. On
Disney Castaway Cay, I recommend visiting Spring-a-leak water play area and Monstro's Point for the family whale dig (check your daily cruise newsletter for the exact time) when you're not playing in the sand or splashing around in the water.
No matter what you choose to do, I know you'll have an amazing time on this gorgeous vessel! It's a vacation like no other!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tara! It was a pleasure assisting you with your plans, and I hope you'll stop back by if you think of any additional questions!
Have a magical day!
Nancy
