Hello again, Aman!
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with another question! It sounds like you are daydreaming about your upcoming cruise. I can totally relate and am excited to join you in your planning.
You can count on the
western Caribbean weather being tropically warm in September. There may be some pop-up rain showers, but there is
so much to do indoors on Disney Cruise Line ships that you won't even notice a little precipitation. When the time comes to
start your packing list, do a quick weather check using your favorite online weather source just in case.
Now let's chat about food, one of my favorite Disney cruise topics! On my recent cruise, I did a little taste-testing of gluten-free and dairy-free food items and also tried some vegan options. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious all of them were. I tried a gluten-free vegan burrito at one of the dining venues for lunch and it was amazing. Each of the
Rotational Dining table-service venues offers gluten-free and dairy-free options on their menus. Also, in my experience,
Cabanas (on most ships) and
Marceline Market (on Disney Wish) offer quite a few options that should not only meet your needs but are also delicious!
Aman, if needed, you can place a
Special Dietary Request up to three days prior to your cruise. This request will be noted on your reservation for table-service locations and is provided at no additional charge. Please note that this request does not apply to quick-service locations or through
In-Room Dining, so be sure to ask when ordering from these, or any dining venues, even if your request is noted.
One final suggestion for you, on Embarkation Day, check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the location and time of the Onbaord Dining Session. This is a great opportunity to discuss your requests and needs with members of the dining team. The team is happy to help in any way that they are able!
You will be savoring every bite before you know it, Aman! Please sail by any time with other questions you may have.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
