I'm excited to hear you're planning to visit Disneyland Resort this fall! Many guests receive the "Pending Purchase" email after buying their
Disneyland Theme Park Tickets, and occasionally it may take up to 24 hours for your transaction to process. You should receive a confirmation email with a ticket order number (ex. DD followed by 18-digits).
If, after a few days, you still do not get confirmation that the purchase was successful, but any "pending" charges on your account become confirmed purchases, let the
Disneyland Ticketing Team know by calling (714) 781-4636. I suggest you don't try and purchase the tickets again until you get that confirmation email or speak with a Cast Member for confirmation.
You can also check to see if your tickets have been linked to your Disneyland account. Open your
Disneyland Mobile app and click on the three stacked lines on the homepage. Then, tap on "Tickets and Passes" to see your park tickets and click on "Future Plans" to see your park reservations.
