Disney has a Mail Order Merchandise department that assists guests with locating items in the parks and shipping them to the guests' homes. I recommend you contact this department at 877-560-6477 or at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com with a description of the items you saw at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that you'd like to purchase. These exclusive items are limited, so I can't guarantee that you'll be able to buy them now from home, but it's definitely worth an inquiry!
The Disney Parks often start transitioning the merchandise printed with the current year to the next year in the fall. At this point in the year, you'll see lots of 2014 merchandise, and 2013 items can sometimes be hard to find in the parks. However, the
Disney Store currently is offering lots of 2013 dated clothing at steep discounts. Just type 2013 into the search box at the Disney Store online to pull up the items, many of which are discounted 50 to 75 percent off!
