Hi there! Welcome to planDisney!
As Mickey Mouse would say, "Oh boy!" I'm thrilled you experienced the iconic magic of Disneyland last summer. While I am a Walt Disney World panelist, Disneyland holds a very special place in my heart.
I'm happy to help you with this question because, although I visit Walt Disney World frequently, I also enjoy visiting Disneyland once a year, and I frequently use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass on both coasts. So let me put on my Mickey ears and help you with your question.
At Walt Disney World, just like at Disneyland, you can only use a
Lightning Lane Pass once for each ride. While this answers your question, I want to highlight some key differences between the two coasts. When you enter either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure, you make your first Lightning Lane selection as soon as you enter the park. However, at Walt Disney World, you'll make your first three selections before you arrive. Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel can make their selections seven days before their check-in date for the duration of their stay. Meanwhile, Guests staying off-site can pre-select their attractions three days in advance of their visit. On the day of your selection, Lightning Lane reservations are made on the My Disney Experience app starting at 7 a.m. EST. I hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We're happy to help.
Disneyland is known for some pretty amazing food options, but I hope you get the chance to try some of our best snacks while you're here. At
Aloha Isle, you can enjoy the very popular (and oh-so delicious) Tropical Serenade DOLE Whip. At the entrance of Adventureland, there's a red wagon that serves the most amazing cheeseburger spring rolls! There is always a line at this cart for a reason! YUM!
Please reach out again as you plan your trip. I see you'll be arriving during the holiday season, so be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog for updates. They just announced the dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Disney Jollywood Nights, and the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. We truly
embrace the holiday magic in The Most Magical Place on Earth! Follow us on

Happy planning,
Shonette
