Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brittany! I’m so glad you have come back to see us and have some new vacation planning in the works!
In my opinion, it’s always a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! You are right, September seems to be a bit less crowded since kids in the state of Florida are back at school. I have visited many times that time of year and have had the same experience as you. We’ve walked right onto the rides!
On one trip, my oldest daughter, my mother and I attended
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and it was a blast! You might want to consider attending the party if it falls on your travel dates. I find that it’s a great value because you can enter the parks as early as 4 p.m. and the party runs until midnight. It’s also the only time of year you can see the characters in their Halloween costumes and go trick-or-treating at the Magic Kingdom Park!
You can keep tabs on when the event will take place on the
Disney Parks Blog. It’s also a fun place to find out what ‘s going on at the Walt Disney Resort Parks here at home and all over the globe!
Brittany, you may remember that the weather was a bit on the hotter side when you visited in September. You will want to stay hydrated and pack some sun block!
Did you know that you can bring drinks like bottled water and sodas with you when you visit the Disney theme Parks? Just let the security Cast Member know what's in your bag when you get through your security check before you enter the parks.
I hope you have a magical visit. You know where to find us if you have any more questions!
