We just went to disney world in sept 09. Wanting to go back in early january. My husband thinks it's too soon and the girls will lose interest. They are 3 and 4 and have been begging to go back since the day we left. Do u think it's too soon?

    Hi Monica!

Well, I'm not sure I have an unbiased opinion on this question as I've been known to visit 5 or 6 times in a single year!

BUT - what I can say is: Let your daughters be your guide! If they are asking to return to Walt Disney World and truly loved your last vacation there - I say go for it! More than a year would have passed between your trips, and that's a huge amount of time to a 3 or 4 year old. Not only will they be seeing the park with fresh eyes, they'll also be remembering the stand-out moments from your last trip.

And, not to be selfish, but think about you and your husband as well. Kids grow up so quickly these days (take it from me - my baby is a teenager! EEK!). Take the time now to enjoy them, to view the magic through their eyes and to spoil them just a little bit!

One last selling point - January is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. Typically the crowds are lower since the holidays have just ended and you'll miss the peak heat of summer. Enjoy your trip with your young kids now since once they start school, it will only get harder and harder for them to miss school for family vacations!

Hope this helps AND I hope you decide that January is not too soon at all!
