Hiya, Deborah! I'm so glad you found the trail of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left for you and followed it here to planDisney!
Can you believe you'll be heading to
Walt Disney World Resort this May?! Spring is my favorite time to visit and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you! And it's so exciting that you're making reservations for your entire travel party. Here's a little secret: magic multiplies when it's shared and your trip is sure to be an extra special one!
But oh, bother! I'm sorry to hear that the Guests are listed under the incorrect reservations in
My Disney Experience. I'd love to help you turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage! Deborah, my best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. They will be happy to sort out your reservations so all Guests are listed in their correct rooms!
You can
call a Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations by calling (407) 939-1936. However, since their magic seems to currently be in high demand, I have two recommendations for you. First, I would suggest calling right as phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST so you have the shortest wait times on the phones. Second, have patience! As Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time." Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who are able to stretch their magic wands a bit farther for us. Since they work to help so many Guests, I'm sure some added patience and kindness will be warmly welcomed.
Deborah, don't forget that you're also able to make your
advance dining reservations for your trip! If you plan on making dining reservations, I'd recommend making them either at or close to the park you will be near that day. I just recently made my own advance dining reservations and am particularly excited about dining at
The Crystal Palace in
Magic Kingdom Park,
50's Prime Time Café in
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Biergarten Restaurant in
EPCOT!
I hope I was able to give you some next steps to take as you prepare for your magical vacation! If you have any other questions, please visit again. After all - you've got a friend in me!
Faith, trust, and pixie dust -
Michelle
