I went to my disney experience app and got to view gallery in disney photos. How do I download photos from my memory maker?

Hi Santina, thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Memory Maker!

Memory Maker is the one thing that keeps me going when Disney nostalgia creeps in! Going back over and over again to those pictures and videos captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers helps me relive all those wonderful moments till it's time to plan for the next trip.

Disney's PhotoPass website went under a change recently and looks a bit different now. As soon as you sign into the website, you will be directed to a page where you will see your photo and video gallery. You need to select one picture by clicking on a circle in the upper right corner and a new toolbar will display. It will show several options, one of them being "Select all visible media", which is the one you need to check and then click on the Download button.

A message and progress bar will then show indicating that the download has started and that your media will be stored in your computer.

Santina, I hope this information is useful to you. Please come back with more questions; we'll be here for you!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
