We went to Disney when it closed for hurricane. Our party can’t return together. 3 people want to go with their tickets but they are linked to my account. How can I give them their remaining tickets to have on her mydisney account?

Hiya, Jordan! Thanks for bringing this great question to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so sorry to hear that you had to reschedule your plans from your last visit to Walt Disney World Resort. We can make the most thoughtful plans, but sometimes the weather takes a not-so-magical turn! However, I'm happy that the people in your travel party are in the process of returning to the magic once again. I'd love to help with their tickets!

Jordan, the first step would be to make sure that the tickets are assigned to these Guests. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Here, you should be able to view the tickets and the Guests to whom they're linked. If they're linked to the correct Guests, that's great! All these Guests need to do is log into their own My Disney Experience account and verify that they can view their tickets by following the same steps as above. If they aren't yet linked to these Guests, you'll want to make sure you're connected through your Family & Friends List first, then try to reassign them to these Guests. If you run into any issues with the above steps, my best piece of advice would be to call a Cast Member. They'll be happy to take a look at your account and the tickets and provide you with the next best steps! I'd recommend having as much information as you can handy, including the Guests' names and the email addresses associated with their My Disney Experience accounts. This can help the Cast Member locate the information quickly and efficiently!

Once the tickets are all set, be sure that the Guests have made theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks they wish to visit on each day of their trip. They can also download the My Disney Experience app and take a little time to explore it before they arrive. They'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and even mobile order food! This app feels like a magic wand that you carry with you, allowing you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.

I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Jordan. If you have any other questions, please write to us again!

You've got a friend in me!
