Is there a weight for the upper pull down berth?

Hey there, hi there, Kathleen! Thank you for cruising on over to see us!

Disney Cruise Line has some pretty comfortable staterooms, with bed configurations that are great for families. Some of the staterooms onboard the ships do have that pull-down berth, and the weight limit on them is 220 pounds. It should be listed somewhere on the bed, but you can check with your stateroom attendant if you don't see it clearly.

If you're traveling with kids and trying to determine the best sleeping arrangements, I can tell you that the pull-down bed does have a partial guard rail. It doesn't run the whole length of the bunk, but you can ask for an additional guard rail. The bed is also about 72" long, so someone really tall may find their feet hang over the end.

I hope this information helps move your planning along in the right direction, Kathleen.

    Happy sailing!
