I will be 21 weeks pregnant while in Disney this time. Is there someplace that I can find a list of rides/attractions that are not recommended for pregnancy?

    Hi Jennifer,

First off, Congratulations! What an exciting, and sometimes exhausting condition, to be experiencing. I love how you think, introducing your new Prince or Princess to the love of Disney World from a very early age.

A number of the Disney attractions are slow moving vehicles that I was able to enjoy while I was expecting. However, there are attractions that I made a point of avoiding. A great place to check for information for expectant mothers is www.allears.net under Planning, there is a specific category about three fourths down the planning page, on the left that is marked Expectant Mothers. Full information regarding restrictions for attractions can be also be found on the guidemaps inside the parks or at www.disneyworld.com. Look under Planning, then Parks, the park you would like and then select the attraction you would like additional information on. It is always a great idea to discuss any of your concerns with your doctor before your trip.

Remember to take your time, use caution when spending time in the hot Florida sun and stay hydrated. Wishing you a magical time!
